Standard: 3–5 business days. Express: 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day.

What sizes do the compression socks come in?

One size fits most (EU 38–45). The fabric stretches to fit comfortably.

What resistance levels are in the band set?

The set includes 5 bands: 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg, and 25kg resistance — colour-coded for easy identification.

Is the hydration pack compatible with other bladders?

Yes. It fits any standard 2L hydration bladder with a universal connector.

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

How do I care for the foam roller?

Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not submerge in water or use harsh chemicals.

Do you ship outside Germany/Austria/Switzerland?
