§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

Product presentations are non-binding. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation via email or dispatch of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices in EUR incl. statutory VAT. Payment due upon conclusion of contract.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery times as stated on the product page. Risk transfers upon handover to the shipping service provider.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

14-day right of withdrawal for consumers. See Cancellation Policy.

§ 6 Warranty

2-year statutory warranty from delivery. Contact: shop@gexit.net

§ 7 Applicable Law

Law of the State of Wyoming, USA. Mandatory EU consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
